Testimonial

My summer as a student at PGSS was my first experience with experimental physics, and that field is now my chosen career path. My summers working at PGSS gave me my first taste of teaching science to high school students, and I went on to become a high school science teacher with Teach For America when I graduated college. When I chose to return to physics research, several PGSS faculty members wrote recommendation letters that helped get me accepted into graduate school. To say that I would not be where I am todaywithout PGSS is a profound understatement. It is the single most exceptional and enriching program in science education that I’ve ever encountered, and I fervently hope it is given the opportunity to continue.
