I am an alumna of the 2001 Pennsylvania Governor School for the Sciences. It was a summer that literally transformed my education. Itinspired me to apply to a college where I might find other intellectually curious and motivated students, students like my colleagues at PGSS. As an undergraduate at Harvard University, I studied mathematics and chemistry, inspired in no small part by my time at PGSS. I am now a medical student at Yale University. It is a program that makes me proud to be a Pennsylvanian.
